Shipping and Handling

• Charges: Based on the total price of your order. Additional fees may apply for oversized or heavy items.
• Shipping Method: We use UPS Ground or US Postal Service for continental US shipments.
• Delivery Time: 4-10 business days for in-stock items within the continental US.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders: Additional shipping costs and delivery time apply.
• Consolidated Shipments: We aim to ship entire orders together when possible.

Returns and Exchanges

• Time Limit: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original shipment date.
• Condition: Items must be in new condition with all original packaging and instructions.
• Process:
  • Obtain pre-authorization from us before returning any item.
  • Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns.
• Refunds: Processed to the original payment method, minus shipping and restocking fees.

Special Cases

• Incorrect Item: We’ll replace the item and cover additional shipping at no cost to you.
• Size Exchanges: No restocking fee, but customer pays shipping for both ways.
• Customer Order Error: Can be exchanged for items of at least 75% of the original value. Customer pays shipping.

Return Shipping Instructions

1. Use UPS or US mail (prepaid and insured for full purchase value).
2. Use original packaging.
3. Include packing list/email invoice and detailed return/exchange instructions.

Payment and Taxes

• Payment Methods: We accept most major credit cards through our secure online order form.
• Sales Tax: Charged on in-state orders as required by law.

Backorders

• We’ll notify you via email about any backordered items.
• For shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date, we’ll provide a cancellation option.
• Backorders are filled before new orders when items become available.

Online Security

We use SSL secure server connections to ensure your order’s privacy and security.
